Registration
Annual Conference registration includes admission to all scientific sessions and the Case Display Room; The General Welcome Reception on Saturday; the Doctors breakfast buffets; Breakfast coupons for registered Traveling Companions and Children; and the Awards Banquet and Concert on Monday.
Name Badge
Everyone registered will receive a name badge at the Angle Midwest Registration Desk. This badge must be worn to gain admission to all events. Name badges and meeting materials may be claimed at registration from 1:30 – 5:00 PM on Saturday, and from 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Tickets
Your registration packet will include tickets of admission to the Welcome Reception, the Awards Banquet and Concert, Drink Tickets, and tickets for any activities that you register for in advance. To be fully prepared to register for activities, see the Activities Offering page here.
Case Display Room
Candidates, Affiliates, and assigned Members will display their records throughout the entire meeting. The Case Display Room is open to all doctors starting on Saturday of the conference through Wednesday at the close of the scientific sessions. Cases will be reviewed throughout the week by a team of evaluators and should not be removed from the room until the end of the meeting on Wednesday at 10AM.
Evaluation Forms
You will receive a Meeting Evaluation Form in your registration packet. Please complete the form and return it to the Angle Society Registration Desk before you leave on Wednesday. Your input is very important to us!
Member Business Meetings
All Angle Society Midwest members are required to attend at least one business meeting during the conference. The First Business Meetings is Saturday, January 28 from 3:30 – 4:30 PM; The Second Business Meeting is Wednesday, February 1 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
Dress
Business casual is suggested for meetings and events.
